Apples 2008 Calendar
The calendar includes twelve original watercolours by award-winning botanical illustrator Bridget Gillespie, selected from fifty originally commissioned for The Northern Pomona, Apples for Cool Climates.
Month by month each is accompanied by a recommended recipe for each apple, written by Elke Laver.
The illustrations are on heavyweight silk paper, and free of text, so are suitable for framing.
