Shipping
Prints are shipped via Royal Mail by an insured service. Prints by Bridget Gillespie are mounted, sealed in cellophane wrap and flat-packed. Prints by Georita Harriott are wrapped in tissue paper and rolled in secure tubes.
BOOKS
Books are mailed by a professional book mailing company (YPS in York).
GREETING CARDS
Greeting cards are mailed by Royal Mail.
DELIVERY
We ship within one week and delivery can be expected within two weeks. If payment is made by cheque, we reserve the right to despatch your prints after the cheque has been cleared. (Allow an additional 4-5 days for this.)
REPLACEMENTS
It is important for us that you are satisfied with our products. If they are damaged in transit, we will replace them. If you are not happy with prints you have ordered, return them in a re-saleable condition within 10 days after delivery for refund or exchange.

Customer details or any information about you will NOT be passed on to other companies or third parties.
